Cleaning Products

Waxes and Emulsions
We offer White Beeswax, Carnauba (T1 & T3) Paraffin, Soy, Candelilla and Montan amongst others. Our emulsion range is made bespoke for your application. Our aim is that you are completely satisfied with our products and services. That’s why we not only provide professional advice before you order: We are also there to help you afterwards, serving as reliable support.
Formulations
Mitrechem's chemist's have decades of experience between them in the formulation and manufacture of these products. We can develop bespoke ready for market formulations to give the final properties that will delight you and your customers furthermore we can provide the ultimate turnkey package of formulating, manufacturing and distributing your finished product.
Other Services
Toll Manufacturing
Mitrechem has the capability to make an wide range of liquid and paste protection/cleaning products. From laboratory samples, trial samples, to small scale production. We have the equipment to heat, mix, disperse, and emulsify! Whatever it takes to manufacture your product, we will come up with a solution! We can put your product into the packaging of your choice, whether it be a 50ml bottle or a 200 litre drum and of course we will do all the labelling for you if you require!
We have the ability to fully test your product for pH, viscosity, active content, surface tension and a wide range of other parameters to provide full quality assurance and batch to batch uniformity. Each product batch can also be issued with a full certificate of conformity, at the customer's request.
Contract Manufacturing
Mitrechem would be delighted to manufacture your product for you. If you have a formulation that you want to scale up from your laboratory to a trial quantity or you are at the full production stage, we would love to talk to you! Of course we will always ensure that client details, technology and formulations will remain strictly confidential.
